I got a clown loach, and am going to soon get a 30 gallon up and running. I think he will be happy in there. Also, he is only one inch long. And i I am in the US

Clown loaches need to be in a school of at least 5 and are not suitable in tanks under 55gal. Not fair on the fish at all.

well, i guess i will use him for his abilities and then give him to a good home. Our power went out today for about 12 hrs, and is still out, what should i do? the tank is down to 65, we have no way to get it power. Will my fish be okay???

Native fish like darters would be okay. They don't need heaters.

Does putting cal-grit or shellgrit into the aquarium make it more suitable for snails and yabbies?
