Goldfish gasping

One of my goldfish is gasping on the water surface and his fins are a bit clamped while others are fine. What to do? please advice :(

If it is gasping at the surface, there is not enough dissolved oxygen in the water. Drop in more aerators for a start.

Now test the water and give us the results

@ All

This is the only fish which survived the cycling. The other 3 which are thee were added later. During 1st week out of 6 fishes 5 of them died as i didn't know about the cycling process :( only this large one survived who's having the problem right now :(

Please advice :(

Unfortunately i don't have testing kits at this moment :(

go and get some test kits it will help in the long run
