boylestd- good to hear your tank is looking good, by the way what kind of canister filter did you get?
oscarrob08- yes, i do still have this problem, but it is not as bad as before, i can see end to end in my tank, but there is still a general white cloudiness, i included pictures but it is not as noticable as in person.

I purchased a penn plax cascade 1000 filter. I found numerous bad and good reviews about it but I have nothing but good things to say about it. After installing it, my tank cleared up overnight. I also put in the sludge desrtroyer that night as well. So i dont know if they both solved the problem or if it was only one of them did the trick. Your tank seems heavily stocked so I would MOST definately get something to take care of that sludge.

btw, sorry for the crappy picture quality, the light is reflecting off my rocks pretty bad, amd the pics were taken with my web cam.
