what is your usual course of feeding...did you add any new food and if so, how much?

what type of filtration are you using?

My suggestion is to use a product that has always worked for me, the product is called Bio-zyme(Aquarium Products is the company). This is my secret ingredient for success.

do not add any chemical

you must find the source of the problem then eliminate it

My ammonia is staying in the same range it was when the fish loss happened. Even when my tank was empty and I vacuumed alot of the waste food out the ammonia was staying the same. Tonight I come home and found the un eaten food encapsulated in a transparent floating stuff. Help!
