The foam doesnt go into moulds.
I shape them with a knife. for the more 3d type ones i join layers of foam together them shape with a knife :)

cool, so you are kind of a sculpturer (nothing wrong with this)...cool if you can build things for your tank, beats spending a lot of money in fish stores/online that sell you about the same thing yet costs an arm and a fin
