Leopard Ctenopoma

I have always eyed these fish and would like some. I have a 20 gallon with just 2 yo yo loaches. I am pretty poor at the moment with the saltwater and all. Could I have some?? I think If you can get them at young age you can stunt them to 2-4 inches.

Don't know what kind of fish that is, but the internet usually gives info on compatability with other fish.

As long as you have surface water movement you don't need the bubble wand. You'll have to see for yourself if there is enough current at the top from your hang on back filter. Sometimes it depends on water level. At one level it will make a good current, and at another it may not.
