Have you tried any other foods? No expert on african cichlid here but I'm sure they eat more than just flakes. Also one food all picky eaters seem to like is Cyclop Eeze.

I have tryed flakes I have tryed pellets i have tryed blood worms and krill he takes it and spits it out , he might get a littel of food .

I wonder if it's a female and holding eggs. I think cichlid females hold the eggs in her mouth till they hatch whereby she then holds fry till she's ready to release them.
If it is so, her (if it's a her) lower mouth/cheek will be distended from the eggs and she will not eat for a couple weeks or thereabouts. She might nibble a tiny bit and swim up to the food and even eat a tiny amount, but for the most part she will wait till she's let her fry out.
I could be very wrong, but....

cichilids dont even open their mouth at all when they have a brood. And not sure If milky has sexed it but he called a he.
Milky- As long as its not weak like hanging in the corner & being beat up or any other sign of weakness hes probly eating someing. Probly leftovers or if a mumba algea.
