female kenyi dieing or pregnant?

hello i have a 55gallon with 3 younger kenyi 1 bright yellow male keni and 1 adult female kenyi. I recently added a fish to the aquarium aswell a tiny red zebra from petsmart. I also changed my substrate from gravel to argonite sand stufff or what ever. The female has been sitting at the bottom of the tank or up under the filter. she looks swollon to me....kinda alot....like for sure swollon.....

I was thinking of quarentining but I don't know what to medicate with other than water changes.... maybe someone knows whats happening to this fish and not the rest of them?

The fish is dieing i'm sure any information would be helpful.

She is not pregnant. When Mbuna (which Kenyi are) are pregnant, they hold the eggs in their mouths until the fry are fully developed.

I suggest you Google Malawi Bloat and see if that is what it is. There is some good info on it. I would do it for you, but don't have the time for anything but this short post, sorry.
