I'd say that description is accurate of my Dragons. I see many Dragons in the stores around me, including my lfs's, Petsmart, and even Walmart, and they have all been kept in freshwater in those places. Mine are in freshwater with 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 10 nitrates, and 78-80 degrees F. And my water is very hard.
