oh shit. haha, i thought that might be why, SOB. haha, guess it's the water consistency that is messing it up haha.

well it should be sucking in water........but without the saltwater.....no foam.

Well it is doing everything but producing microbubbles. So I came to the conclusion that it was because the consistency of the water is not the same.

yuppers. add some salt and it will kick on it. of course it needs a bio load as well. but salt produces a froth where freshwater wont.
