GONIAPORA BLEECHING

by puffedupseagull

I have researched shit loads on these hard to keep corals and found something real interesting. Firstly many people say that they are IMPOSSIBLE to keep.
But a few people have evidential pictures and logs to prove that the above statement is false.
They believe that if you spot feed, yes target feed your goni with
IRON AND MANGANESE supplements, it will reverse the effects of bleaching and die off, restoring it to its former glory.

I have a goni that is slowly bleaching, and think im going to try this idea.
Why not its worth a shot.
So im going to post my progress and findings. Here is hoping.
Anyone with some ideas feel free to input.

Try it out.....the iron and magnanes will help the plankton inside the coral and help the coral develop an algae inside it to help it feed. Sounds plausible to me. Dont OD it though.....I put too much in and i have red slime now......Takes a while to rid it, but its going slowly. There you go puff.......something to think about and work on. :)
