sessile vs motile

when i read about fish and whether or not they are reef compatable, i see the word sessile and motile alot.

can anyone explain to me what i means when s site says, "will nip at sessile inverts"?

does this mean worms?

Sessile is stationary like a coral. Motile is mobile like a snail.
