amano shrimp and angelfish
I really want angelfish but also amano shrimp. Will the angels eat the shrimp or gte along with them. I will have lots of bottom plants and rocks for the shrimp to hide in. And if they do not get along which would you rather have?

keep in mind angels get bigger than most people think so eventully you will need a bigger home for them than you 29 gal....and most likley if they are small enough to eat the angels will eat them..

I was told that you could put them in a tank as long as they have 10gal each. My cousin kept one in a 15gal tank and it lived for 4 years. Could I give it a try or do you just recomend getting more schooling fish like tetras :D

well from what you have in your profile vs you tank size you are pretty much at you capacity according to the inch rule .....29ish in of fish and a 29 gal which when you get down to it is probally really only 20ish

my tank only has 11 inches of fish... I checked, but I think I am going to try it out. But thanks for the good advice. I have seen people keep them in tanks half the size of mine.

are you figuring in the adult sizes of all you fish? i am not saying tha it can not be done i am just saying that your fish will be much happier if the have more room.
