Hey everyone, I just posted a video of me feeding my Toadfish. He gets so excited when he sees food.
I need to invest in some plastic tongs for feeding him though. If you notice I kinda have to shake him off because the silverside gets stuck in the rubber band on the turkey baster.
Anyone have any suggestions for cheap tongs or plastic hemostats?

That's one ugly ass cool fish! What are you feeding him, fish? I feed my carnivores freeze dried krill.

Frozen Silversides for now. I'm not sure what other foods he will eat. My lfs only has silversides as frozen fish.

Try krill. It's very nutricious and a low density food. That means he can eat a stomach full and not be over fed. If you squeeze the krill under water it will sink. Petco has the best prices on this stuff.

Is it something I can feed out of hand or with plastic tongs. He will not eat anything that doesn't look alive. He's pretty picky plus hes even more picky now that I've been feeding him out of hand.

Is there a supplement recommended that I can put on the Silversides for more nutrition?
How big is krill? Is it really small like Mysis shrimp or plankton or is it a good size that I can feed him out of hand?
