What do you think is wrong with it? What kind of gourami is it?
I don't know a lot about gouramis and it's hard to tell from the picture but it looks like it may be swollen and its color faded?

He's had the same color but it's the swollen belly that I'm worried about ...he/she just swole up but I may be overfeeding although the tank is never cloudy from over feeding

Yeah he does look pretty swollen. If it's just from too much food that should be easy enough to correct though, so that's good. If he's still swollen I'd stop feeding for a few days and see how he looks then.

Have you tried peas yet? People often give peas to bloated fish, it seems to help with digestion. I have done this with my bettas.
