What do you do with a mean Fish?

I have four little mollies in a 10 gallon tank. They all use to get along very well.... Now one of them is always chasing and snapping at another ones tail!! And it's always the same one that it picks on! I think they are all male but the one that is getting picked on and chased around the tank might be a female.

What should I do with the mean one? Do you think he will calm down one day or will he always be aggressive

Should I just flush him down the toilet or is that inhumane? lol

Do NOT flush it down the toilet! Give it to someone else, maybe the petshop or humanely dispose of it
