algie in tank
hi all its the algie on my rocks in my tank normol its like a light and bark green.thanks and im a new user :-)

Yes, algae in the tank is normal and usually harmless. The question is, whether or not you mind it. Some people hate having algae on their rocks and decor. Others don't. If you hate it, there are ways to get rid of it. Otherwise, no need to worry about it.

Cladophora algae is awesome as long as it is pruned so it does not deprive the live plants of their much needed nutrients.
I grow cladphora in the freshwater tank. It's very naturally growing, with only fish feces (fertilizer), direct sunlight and water, it is truly amazing to watch it grow all over the rocks and wood.
Never be fearful of algae as long as you control it.
