Looks like some type of Peacock probably a female. Really hard to tell since it's so small. How big is your blue dolphin? If your Peacock is over 3 inch. I'd learn towards a female, if it's under 3 inch it could be a male and you might just have to wait till it "colors up" to tell what it is. But again, to hard to tell at this point. Sorry I can't help more....

Thanks for your help. It's under 3 inches for sure. The head is starting to turn very blue. Did you notice on bottom fin has 3 gold spots too. I did some research and since head is turning blue I looked for any type of blue females and I've had zero luck finding any female peacocks that were blue? any more suggestions?

Most peacocks I've seen are blue metallic headed hard to catch on a camera I've noticed. Like a sheen that only you can see while right in front of you. It does look like a sunshine peacockish. A juvy so hard to really tell w/o full color. Idk goodluck.

Well if it's under 3 inches and starting to turn colors then it might be a male, still to young and small to determine yet. Gotta watch it grow a bit more to really get a sense of what it is!
