This is for an African cichlid tank. The pet store owner firmly recommended a under gravel filter, he said most hobbyist use them and their totally awesome. Help guys is this a good deal-and is it true about under gravel filters.

It will eventally eat the fish, no doubt. And it will also foul the tank quicker. Iwould just stick with the fish. Or you will end up with everything listed being turtle equpment because all you will have in there eventually is the turtle.

And i gave my thoughts on the pricing on the other thread

I dont recommended turtles in fish tank bcoz it dirt all of the water guickly. And it eats all kind of fishes even it eats piranans on my personal exps. I keep my turtles out of water 70% it roams all over house, i just keep in water only for there eating time and night time.
