ive been told led lights are av to replace my 250w metal h ,cheap ,low heat and more power can anyone confirm this and where do you get them?

you can buy them online. marineland is the company i know that makes them. more powerful than halide? no way! definitely better on your electric usage. i will be switching some of my low light planted tanks over soon. plants that require high light and reef tanks won't do so well from what i know.
