Honestly, I think your tank is yucko looking, and maybe that has something to do with your fish dying and being diseased.

Mro may hang around see what happens.

Coraline RULES scrape it off glass and let it grow on your LR

Stingrayrule, just because the blokes tank has some algae growth dont make it YUKKO, everyone has different tastes and looks of a tank,

K. Well, the algae, which, will get better with a blackout....... WILL BE BACK, if you do not fix your light problem, and I am sure your rich nutrient problem that causes algae.
BTW, that would mean a somewhat unclean tank, which no amount of flash from a camera could hide in yours.
I don't even think your rock looks too good. Hard to see with all that GACK on the wall.

I agree. I can't believe how much coraline is actually on the glass considering the rocks are covered with what looks like slime algae.

I've seen 20 year old aquariums not have that much coraline.

Ok. So what is your point?
Are you trying to state that it is a healthy tank?

The tank is a perfect example of people that get into the hobby and then neglect their tanks once they tire of it.
Unfortunately, it is not like collecting trains where they just collect dust. There is living being that has to swim in that filth.
