Pink convict cichlids

by DeMarioii

I have a new tank from pet co about a week and a half old with 2 newly added pink convict cichlids, the one slightly smaller cichlid gets along with my redtailed shark and the puffer and the catfish, but the other cichlid chases all the fish around but the cat fish, whats that fishes deal? ik they are aggressive fish but my tank is 37gal with a good amount of hiding spots so i figured it wouldnt be a problem

did you cycle. Lord hope you did.
And most puffers are brackish.
americans are used to catfish because there slow moving and dont attract much.
37 gallon is to small, and the other fish are not getting along because of that.

I had a pair of 2" convicts take over half my 125gallon, full of bigger cichlids

remember when I tried to fit a spotted in my tank? lol
didnt go well.
Heres the deal they need fresh when young, very young. And when kinda medium they need brackish. When adults they need saltwater.

get rid of the puffer man....

jos Ill let you take the american's... cichlids.... lol

I agree w/mr. Rehome the puffer. Loss of coloration is probably due to stress. I'm not a cichlid person, so i'll let someone else comment on your current problem. What kind of catfish is it btw?

Your tank is a mess, a pair of convict could dominate that tank, puffers should be kept in brackish, alone.

What is this shark?
rainbow?(grow to 4-6")
columbian catfish shark thing(grow to 12")
bala?(grow 8-12")
redtailed black?(grow 4-6")
What is the catfish?
