Is my new peppered cory blind?
Ive just introduced 3 new peppered cory to my tank and one of them seems to have eyes that are not as bright as the other two.Looks like its eyes have a milky substance over them. Any ideas?

Yes, The cory has popeye. I would return it or buy meds. I would return because he will proply loose his eye.
