When should I change my MH bulbs and what kind?

Hey guys,

I've had my 95 gallon up and running for 9 months now and haven't changed out my bulbs yet. It has 2x150 MH's with 2x96 watt actinics. The local LFS said he could get me Radium's for $50 each. Do you guys like those?

Never tried the Radiums. But it sounds like a pretty good deal. I would change your bulbs every 9-12 months. so your okay for a little bit. I like my Current USA 14K bulbs. They arent very blue......but they arent white either. They are a nice happy medium. And they put out awesome amounts of light.

change the mh every 9 to 12 mounths and dude look on ebay 20$ a pair and for the actinics if thay are pc's or t5s you should change them at about the same time as the mh's
