VACUUMING A LSB

by TaskOf12584

I WANTED TO KNOW DOES ANYONE VACUUM THEIR LSB IN A REEF TANK AND IF SO HOW OFTEN?
ALSO WOULD IT BE BENEFICIAL, HARMFUL OR NEITHER?

o i do vac. my tank just to get the junk out of it. how deep is you Lsb? if it is not very deep then you probly should vacum it, but if it is deep like 3-6'' then i heard it's not a good ideal becaus you disturb some of the critters in it. but i im just starting so do't take my word on it.

This site sells corals but also has the difficulty level of each. This should give you a good starting point on beginning corals. Hope this helps. http://www.liveaquaria.com/
