yeah im sure yall can beat us on other foods, BUT .... back to fish tanks i put marineland activated carbon in the 3rd layer of the fx5 and kent marine nitrogen sponge in the second layer with the stock filter stuff in the 1st layer and its been about 12 hours, my water is SPARKLING clear, even the amount of microbubbles has dramatically reduced (idk why) but i havent checked the nitrate levels yet but my corals have opened up a little, more than they have been in hte past week. maybe im on the road to recovery

Theres a place in St. Augustine that has kick ass pizza.....but they are from new york and they are italian.....
