Can anyone help me identify this fish, I've been looking around and the closes I can find is a Red Tail Cichlid. Don't know if it's some sort of hybrid or what.

The other question I have is about my Auratus and his/her color. I read that if there are no males in the tank a female will make herself look like a male. Wondering if anyone can tell me if that is whats going on or if it is something else.

The blue fish in the first pic is a poorly bred or hybrid Pseudotropheus Socofoli, if it's a hybrid I cant tell what the other parent would be. And sorry, I dont know anything about Auratus except that they're really aggressive.
