Im currently running two 65 watt power compacts.. the one on the left is 10k and the right is a 6700 and 10000k combo. those are in the rear.. in the front im running two 24" dual Hagen High output t5 units. with one powerglo 18000k and marine glow actinic in each unit. You can see where i added the t5 units. before them i was using the power compacts along with two standard output actinics. so im running 226 watts which brakes out to 4.2 watts per gallon but the ho t5 are very intense and you can see how everything is growing. I do wish i has the shimmering effect of halides.. But im tinkering with led lighting to just add the shimmering effect to my existing lighting.. Found some very powerfull led work lights and im gonna pick some up and see if they will add the effect like the current usa powerbrite units do. This pic was taken 5 days after i transfered the corals from my old 33 gallon.. in the last few weeks they have all opened up quite a bit. I will post some updated pics soon.. What do you guys think would be a good filler for the front at he bottom.. I want to try an elegant coral again, it would look beautifull there but im just affraid to but another one to watch it die a slow death.. sad knowing it would live for hundreds of years in the ocean and i'll kill it in 6 months.. mind you the last one i has was one of the first corals i had.. i didnt know what i was doing and my setup was crap.

sorry if that sounded blunt but thats how it goes, if you ask a question you USUALLY get the answer in 24 hours and then it doesnt come up again until you post about it again.
