the light spectrum might be right, but the concetration of lumens out won't be sufficient... remember... we are trying to replicate the sun... not a light bulb...

Gumbii, what kind of wood did you use on your recent DIY hood, what did you seal it with, and did you use stainless or galvanized or other hardware?

lol... i used cheap pine, and those are stainless hitches... they were 15 dorra each, and are made to hold open tops and shit... but my canopy is too heavy...
i just sanded the entire hood and stand and stained it the same day at the same time... that way they match esacly...

In lower light, plants tend to grow thinner and taller, reaching for the light. With higher light the plants tend to grow thicker. It also really depends on the type of plants, additives, light, etc., just a generalization.
