got into the hobby december 2006 and started off with a crash, I then visited a better fish store and got back in line, i have two tanks now one with live rock the other is fish only. (38gal & 20gal soon to be 75gal) |
| Advice: |
dont buy fish on first day of setup, buy fish in seperate trips, dont buy them all at once, clean filters regularly. Aclimate new fish and inverts, choose your fish wisely. Shop at animal house 973 838 7239 if you live in jersey |

Tank 2: 1 Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish, 1 bullet goby, 1 milardi clownfish, 1 foxface rabbitfish, 1 valentini puffer, 1 flame hawk. |

Don't buy fish without knowing the compatibilitys. Make sure your fish are REEF SAFE. Use Distilled water if you don't want to use Tap Water. |

ok when you get your tank its going to be very exciting and your going to want to but a fish as soon as possible. BE PACIENTTT!! When i got my tank i rushed everything and baught a $80 dollar fish and died within the week. the next day i find out my water level was to low and i had to many bubbles. Now if i waited and did my research i wouldnt have flushed $80 bucks down the drain. So start out with low expensive fish so wen something goes wrong, u havent lost a lot of ur hard earned money. |
