4" tank ~ 2xSword tails, 5x Angel fish, 2x clown loaches, 1x brislnose fish, 2x like shark fish and more but i dont know the names to them.
2" tank ~ now has been taken out side for a very good clean for my mum to have her very own gold fish ^_^ |

It is a 4" tank with a 2" WWII Boat in side, there are only 3 in there at the moment but more will be in soon! i have mixed (white, blue and drak blue). As for the filler, it has a UV light inside of it that will kill germs as it bring the water though.
I also have a "2 tank with everything in but i will only update the 2" tank
that is about it for now. |

I am a 40 year old father of 2 great children. Chelsea is 2 and Hunter is 4. My wife is great and is pretty patient with me when I take 5 hours on a Sunday to "work" on the tank. She's not really into the fish but I think she may be coming around - she loves to see the kids excited! My little ones love the fish and are great helpers. By day I am an operations manager for a fortune 100 company managing customer service operator working from home. We provide a full array of services for various clients. It's a stressful job but when I come home and spend a little time with my fish, the stress of the day goes away for awhile - heck I don't even hear my Blackberry which in itself is a true gift. |
| Advice: |
Start with the tank you really want - if you have space for 90 Gallon and that's what you want - Go For It. Moving from a 10 to a 30 to a 55 and so on will cost you more than just getting what you want from the beginning. Take your time selecting fish and be patient if you go with cichlids. To me the best part of the hobby is watching them mature and change colors over time. It's amazing how a brown dull young peacock can be so beautiful when it matures. Change your filters regularly, do routine water changes, feed them a good quality food and you will have happy and healthy fish. |

I am a 24 yr old female, with 2 kids, ages 2 and 6, I work as a cook full time. i have always loved fish, and now i have gotten in the habbit of catching baby fish and raising them in the tanks i have and then releasing them back where i got them when they are big enough. I do this so they do not get eaten by other fish and they have a chance of living. |

I change the water/clean it 3 times a year, and test the water once every 3 weeks, either myself or take it to get tested, I have NEVER had any problems with the tank or the fish. I feed them once a day, thir diet consists of live food, and flake food. When i say live food, I mean they get blood worms, baby guppies, ( I have a feeder guppy tank and when they reproduce i put the new babys in the big tank) and live brine. |

I am 21 i live on my own and find fish to be very calming. I have had fish all my life but not a tank like i do know. Some day when i buy a house my basement is going to have HUGE fish tanks. I want to get in to salt water some day. |

Buy a Kit and get the lights filter and heater all together. If not go to a shop and let some one help you. When you decorate your tank do it the way you want dont let a book tell you what to do....by the way buy a little book about keeping your tank up. |
