I have A NEWBIE in fish keeping also....I have setup a PLANTED aquarium of my own....SEE PPL if u like it or not???
i have 2 BED FILTERS...with a 15 CM BUBBL MAKER....1 18 watt CFL lighting system...200 watt HEATER....
Advice:
TRY OUT NEW THINGS ALWAYS...HAVE FUN...
Fish Kept:
1> 5 bleeding Heart TETRA
2>4 RUMMYnose TETRA
3>4 ARATUS
4>4 veil surface TETRA
5>2 SNAIL and 1 SMALL LOACH...
Corals/Plants:
BOTH REAL and FAKE plants....1 BOGWOOD...RIVER SAND and FEW GARDEN stone chipsfor preparing the base substrate...with a few riverside stones for decorations and look of my tank....A few SHELLS and CORALS.....PLANTS include...SWORDPALNT,JAVA FERn and many more.....

I have been keeping FISH for 1 year or so...Many FISh died in the process...I have tried to setup my tank in various ways....and have learnt many small things about fishes....I am a college student so cant afford huge invests on larger tanks...so i try to keep my tank simple.....
