fish tank picture - This a Betta tank i converted into a planted. Was running it with sand and rock for Betta now as of 10-14-2017 i have made it my first planted tank. Did a LOT of research and found what should be non co2 needing low light loving plants to start with . Top Fin 5.5 No lid Nicrew LED Light 11" 19 "Aquaclear 20 Off brand titanium 10-watt heater Have several pieces of quartz form my yard in there i boiled and vinegar tested. 5 Lbs. Black Sand National Geo brand Had one Leaching piece of Mopani in there it would not stop leaching tannins, So yea it is gone and replaced with a piece if Malaysian driftwood. Have Following plants in there Java Moss (Taxiphyllum barbieri) Narrow Leaf Java Fern (Microsorum pteropus var. Narrow) Windelov Java Fern (Microsorum pteropus var. windelov) Anubias Nana (Anubias barteri var. nana) Banana Plant (Nymphoides aquatica) Flame Moss (?Taxiphyllum sp???)
