Bought a pair of fish a month ago, was told they were bumblebee cichlids, but don't think they are. Hard to see, but they both also have a red tint to the edge of their fins, more so in the bigger one. What are they, and can you tell the sex?

looks like a german ram, are they small?they should get really colorful as they get bigger
