lower the temp in your house, I've also heard that PC fans help. You can also try plastic bottles frozen with water in them and let them float

Take some water out and add some cooler water untill desired temperature

Thanks for all the advice.It really help me solve my problem.I did a water change.That did not work water jumped right back up.Dont want to buy a chiller.Dropped two frozen water bottles and thats all i needed.Plus i think the Jack Demsey and the convicts enjoy playing wiyh the bottles as well.Thanks for the help.
