Snail eggs in tank

I want snails to to feed to my future puffers so there beaks dont get big or it would be ......... death.

in a 20 believe it or not the best to go with is 1m/2f or 2m/5f. the latter would drastically reduce any amount of other species of fish you'd be able to house easily in the tank.
I had no problems keeping mine with tetras. Unfortunately my kuhlis were wiped out before I tried keeping them with the puffers. I introduced ''new'' kuhlis right into the tank instead of hospitalizing them first and all kuhlis were dead within 24hrs from ich.
Dwarf puffers are really the only species of puffer that don't need a steady diet of snails, but snails are still very beneficial for them. They're quite unique..also being the only kind that is purely freshwater..and of course they're freaking small.

at first this is true, but as they age into adulthood they become more territorial. They are surely less of a threat then their larger cousins but I wouldn't keep a DP with ''anything''.
