I have one of this filter from Tetra, is it normal that the motor is getting weaker? (I have clean the device, but still) thanks

Hmmmmm. No, they don't usually get weaker. They do quit sometimes though.
I'm thinking it's something else.

I can see the output of the water is less than before, and I have cleaned the device, this device does not need to put water in when you replug in, it took like 15 secs to get the water going, before it was like 5 secs...strange thanks

You have beautiful plants going there.
That looks like the one my son has, though it's at his moms and I can't look at it.
Sometimes the "bio-wheel" type's wheels stop turning, but that's a different filter.
Beats me.....Usually those impellers are pretty indestructable unless a lot of sand gets into them. I've had them jam and stop many times, and they sat all day without dammage to the electronics. They always worked fine after a good shake or thump.
If it's new and there is an obvious reduction in flow I'd call Tetra.
