Hey guys

I know this might sound wierd but i think my electric blue cichlid and my auratis ate some activated carbon that fell into my tank whilst i was changing it in the filter. Their mouth region have turned a dark black colour however, they are exibiting normal behaviour.

What do you guys think?

I don't think it will be a problem. I had a goldfish when I was younger that ate it all the time. He lived for a few years. Just keep an eye on them, and make sure they aren't exhibiting any unusual behaviour.
