Do cichlids always seem like they are starving? Every time I walk by the tank they act like they want food and rush to the surface. I feed them always twice a day and sometimes 3 times switching from flake food to cichlid gold pellets. Is this normal?

yea they always do. youu should see mine there a never ending pit lol. just stick to the 2 or 3 times a day theyll be fine
