What size of tank is needed for 1pair for breeding discus ?
What more should i put in the breeding tank ex. sand / stone / air pump / fliter /wood / plants Etc ?
Please help me friends.

I have never kept Discus myself, but based on the experiences of others that I've heard/read about, they need lots of plants, a really good filtration system, lots of room (50 gallons+ for two of them), and really low PH (like 6.5 and below). Putting driftwood in will help safely lower the PH. I don't think the kind of substrate (sand, gravel, etc.) matters.

Im frm india and we dont get driftwood / ammonia, nitrite and nitrate test kits very easly its impossible to get these things in india.

Well that's a bit of a predicament :P What wood were you referring to then when you mentioned it in the first post?
