Haha, So I bought a 29 gallon fish tank and is currently has fake plants and w/e.

I would like to switch to a planted tank, and I know that I don't have enough wattage for a planted tank and I have looked and looked for bulbs and hoods that would fit my tank but I cant!

If anybody as any idea where i can buy a bulb or hood that would fit my tank...
My hood is 28 inches long.

You can try hardware store variety florescents, but the fixtures are designed for hanging and you'll need to be creative to make it work right and look good.
The costs involved with bulb replacments are much less, and I use the regular 40 watt bulbs you see in most hardware florescents.
