whats the best food for your cichlids???

Many use NLS. I use a mixture of hbh chichlid attack, hbh sprilina and hikari gold for my Peacocks,haps,mbuna and central american cichlids.

Is it for your oscar, if so I would go with a large hikari pellet

no just my cichlids ok well then im good couse i use hikari and sprilina
