About Yourself: I am a 28yr old male and in the Military, so I am not sure of how long I will be keeping this fish tank. But My plans are to buy a 200 gallon and do the salt water thing and start cheap, at least until I get the hang of it. So good luck to all of you that are seasoned vets and keep fishing.
Advice: I my self am a new hobbyist so I cant give any advice. But sooner or later I will be able too
Fish Kept: There are six various African Cichlids and two "Fancy Oscars" although I am not sure why they are fancy. I also have two Pleco's in there as well.
Plants Kept: There are only two fake plants in my tank the rest are planted. My plans are to set in place some Java Moss. I am going to tie the moss to the various objects in the tank. And line half of the bottom with Star Moss and Flame moss. But first I wanna see how the Oscars do with the plants I have now.
Tank Size: 75
Description: Not sure of the brand just picked it up from a guy that was moving. I have one Fluval 404 canister filter and a Cascade 1000 as well. Right now that's really all I'm sure of. I just purchased a LED Moonlight Aquarium System (6) 40 degree 10mm lens which I plan on installing the minute it gets here. Once I get it installed ill update photo.

About Yourself: I'm a free-lance Graphic Designer of print publications, and I enjoy creating from scratch. Creating a mini microcosm just seemed a natural fit. Creating something that is a living ecosystem with its changing needs keeps me interested, and in return those I take care of give me hours of entertainment by letting me view their natural behavior ( that is if you've done everything correctly ). Besides its a challenging hobby that never stops teaching and growing. Possibilities are endless!
Advice: Regular water changes, and keep your gravel clean.
