at the moment i have 2 angel fish 2 dwarf cichlids 3 tiger barb 2 red gouramis 2 leopard plecos and 2 zebra shrimp and i am soon hoping to add some glass catfish. |

i have three real plants and one artificial one:
One is Large it has big green oval shaped leaves
The other is red and has small oval shaped leaves
The final one is a tall grass. |

My fish tank is 21 gallons which is roughly 80 litres its fairly new it has a built in filter tide maker light etc. making it possible for saltwater fish to inhabit the tank. |

I started with a really small 10 gal tank...
My platys started having tonnes of babies, so I decided to upgrade my aquarium and get into live plants. |

Knowledge and patience is key...I have lost many fish and some plants to my inexperience and lack of patience. (I didn't research the electric blue lobster before I threw him in the mix, and realized afterward what a great hunter he is - I have lost MANY platys this way....) |

gouramis, platys, cardinal tetras, white skirt tetras, pleco, albino cory, electric blue lobster, feeder shrimp (yeah, they're supposed to be food, but they keep reproducing!) |

2 foot by 1 by 1, fresh water planted with drift wood. an attempt to repuduce a very natural looking scene. course gravel substrate with no real use of fertilisers just hardy plants & fish. 8 Neon Tetras 1 Catfish, more to come prob plattys. 18 watt cheap chinese light Dalbarb hood, no heater yet its about to go into its first winter so I will get one soon. |
