| About Yourself: |
What's up? I'm Pat. I started out with a simple 20 gal. setup. Had it for about a month before I bought my next tank. I've done salt tanks and fresh. Most friends call me the fish doctor. What can I say? Tanks are a lot of fun. I think every house should have at least one tank. hahaha. |
| Advice: |
Fish tanks are awesome. Doesn't matter if you do fresh or salt...it's all fun. NEVER THINK IT'S EASY! To keep your tank looking it's best it takes a lot of work. So with that in mind...have fun. |

This is my first attempt at creating an DIY background. The tank currently houses 3 cichlids which will be removed when they get larger. Then the tank will serve as hospital or fry tank. This is the first large project that I have taken on with my 4 year old son. He had a blast mixing and painting on concrete, now he wants to make one for his room. Please feel free to review the construction of this tank here:

I tried to keep the tank as natural looking as possible. It is really hard to take a good picture of a hexagon tank. |
