| Description: |
I have 2 tanks- 1 - 46 gallon bowfront and a 20 gallon. The 46 gallon was given to me from my father. He did not have the time to spend maintaining it anymore, but had it for several years. When we went out to dinner one evening, I had mentioned that me and my boyfriend were looking to get a good sized tank and so he mentioned his. The 20 gallon was an old tank I had in storage and I had planned to only set it up temporarily, while setting up the larger one and to keep the fish in it that had come with the tank. |

My Soon To be wives gold fish tank i set up for her. Dirty Dirty Fish..lol |
| About Yourself: |
I am 21 i live on my own and find fish to be very calming. I have had fish all my life but not a tank like i do know. Some day when i buy a house my basement is going to have HUGE fish tanks. I want to get in to salt water some day. |
| Advice: |
Buy a Kit and get the lights filter and heater all together. If not go to a shop and let some one help you. When you decorate your tank do it the way you want dont let a book tell you what to do....by the way buy a little book about keeping your tank up. |

My breeding Pair of angelfish |
| Quote: |
If by dork, you mean stud... |
| About Yourself: |
I started when I was young. My mom ended up cleaning the first tank out with soap while the fish were in there, killing every last one. I waited and finally got another tank when I was 12. I got interested in breeding mollies when mine started expelling babies like a pez dispenser. I eventually upgraded to a 55 gallon that I still use today. I breed angelfish, discus, and am trying my hand at bristlenoses and leopard gouramis. |
| Advice: |
Do research please. SO many new hobbyists do not understand cycling tanks, and how it works. Also please research your fish. Don't put agressive fish with peaceful ones. Its a waste of a life. |
