COMMENTS WELCOME FOR TIPS AND ADVICE AND CRITIQUE' :-)8/5/03this is my 5th day with the 55g tank. So far we have (2) tiger barbs (2) bala sharks and (1) can't remember shark, and (1) alge eater Will update
THE SHARK THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER IS ACTUALLY A PICTUS CATFISH. I plan on getting some live plants today and possibly a loach or two... I am looking into BRACE fish for the tank, but not sure it's fully compatible yet. |

I really wanted a fun and interesting hobby that I could continually learn from. And I always had fish as a kid, and wanted a tank but didn't have the time or space for one. My friend got a small tank set up and was having a hard time keeping her fish alive!! After helping her, I decided to get my own! A much larger tank is already in the works! And I've gotten three smaller ones!! |

Not as simple as it seems! Take your time and really be patient in getting your new tank set up. It doesn't happen overnight! |

Don't feed frozen fish only bloodworms... Pellets are a good type of food to feed your fish... Change a little bit of water monthly... Don't change filters too much (good bacteria grows in them) keeps water clear... Try not to overpopulate if you want fish to grow more... |
