.Hey everyone this is the start of my my 100 litre (25 Gallon) AquaPro Seamless marine tank, I'm pretty new at this so any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Filtration is taken care of by a Weipro SA-2014 venturi driven protein skimmer which is fed by a Mozoo 2300 litre p/h Powerhead, Theres also a single AquaOne cannister filter rated at 1200 litres p/h but cut back to about 500 litres p/h to feed directly into my Teco TR-10 chiller with built in heater and Uv Sterilizer, Plus theres about 25kg Premium Live Rock. I have recently added a small homemade macroalgae refugium mounted in the hood lit by a single 15w 10000k power compact light.(My nitrate levels dropped from about 40/50ppm to undetectable in less than 3 weeks after the refugium was installed. Lighting is accomplished by two Catalina 50/50 55watt power compact tubes in Aqualina housing plus two 2.5watt blue cold cathode moonlights. |

| Advice: |
Plan and read. I wouldn't buy anything until your sure about the size of everything you want and the equipment needed to maintain your tank. You can usually figure about $30 - $35 a gal for a tank that is fully set up with livestock. Make sure to support your Local Fish Store, and check the internet to see if there is a good local reef community or forum board. My local board is: www.sdreefs.com
If you wish to see the progression of this tank copy & paste this link:

| About Yourself: |
My name is Dario and I've been doing this for like 9 years, I originally started with a 25 gal salt water and a 60 gallon freshwater but ended up with only a 60 gallon saltwater tank. I learn as I go and I ask alot of questions. I learn from my mistakes. We also have a 25 gallon freshwater tank. |
| Advice: |
Pay close attention. If u don't have time to take care of your tank don't start! It requires ALOT of attention. well atleast that's my opinion. |
