| Advice: |
Youll have to spend money in this hobby. I highly recommend a Reefkeeper or Aquacontroller this was my BEST INVESTMENT to manage my temp and lighting. Many DIYs on the internet. For ex. I made a top off system for less than $20 and it works great. Rock, corals, and lighting are the most expensive, buy a good oversized skimmer, and use ONLY RO/DI water |
| Fish Kept: |
1 yellow tang, 1 zebra tang, 9 chromis, 1 royal gramma, 1 percula clown, 1 lawnmower blenny, 2 skunk cleaner shrimp, blue and red hermits, cerith and ast snails, 1 red star fish, and 1 feather duster. |
| Corals/Plants Kept: |
Leathers, rics, zoos, star poyps, mushrooms, LPS, and SPS corals. I like to have a well rounded healthy coral and fish aquarium full of colors and various life forms. |
| Tank Size: |

(2) Hydor Kor 1s and a MJfor in-tank criculation. A clear plastic bin with 10 gallons of water for a sump. DIY top off (thanks to Melevesreef.com) Mag 7 for return. Berlin classic skimmer. 200 micron filter sock cleaned every 3 days. I run Black diamond carbon changed monthly. Kent EE, reef calc, iodide, stront & molyd. added weekly rotated with an 8 gallon water change monthly as well. About 110 lbs of live rock and a 2" sandbed. |

(IMAGINATION AND DETERMINATION ARE THE KEY FACTORS FOR US) Every kind of fish you can think of that everyone says you can't keep together, we have in the tank - (Our Tank was custom built by Ryan - Thanks!!!) -

| About Yourself: |
A very costly hobby, but one we can always do together |
| Advice: |
My husband had a reef tank years ago. We just started up a new one again a several months ago and absolutely love it. It is a great hobby you can do together. Flow ! Flow ! Flow and lots of live cured Rock!!! Salinity and temperature, because one wrong element can ruin your tank. We feed alot so all of our starfish live for several months, also not everyone can keep a flame angel, coral beauty, purple and yellow tang together in the same tank so luck was on our side (IF YOU DO NOT LIKE OUR PICTURES THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LOOK AT THEM, BUT VOTING 0 IS VERY NEGATIVE ON YOUR PART) PLEASE JUST MOVE ON - THANKS!!!! |

Take your time, Purchase your equipment wisely. If you try to cut costs in the beginning it will cost you more to fix the problems that will develop in the future from faulty or improper equimpment. If need be wait a few weeks more and save some extra money if neccessary. |
