About Yourself: Professional aquarist for the last 17 years. Worked in many fish stores around Dallas, TX to Houston, TX. Then worked two years at the Houston Zoo Kipp Aquarium where I was hired to reverse the neglect of the 4,000 gallon reef zone system. I have now been in business for myself through Captive Aquatic Ecosystems, LLC. for the last 8 years. Custom aquarium sales and maintenance. My website is www.caecosystems.com
Advice: I would say number one key is educate yourself before you jump in too deep. Start off slowly until you have a good grasp on what you are doing. When getting advice from someone, consider the source for the quality of the info. If their tank looks bad, take the advice with a grain of salt. Consult many people before you make a big purchase. Sooner or later you will get the hang of it. See my website at www.caecosystems.com
